Vegeta vs Thor really seems like it'd just be Hulk vs Broly 2. Yeah Thor at his peak is obviously stronger than Hulk and Vegeta at his peak is obviously weaker than Broly, but ultimately the power difference between Hulk and Broly was so high it honestly probably dosn't matter.

Also, people say that DC would be stronger than Dragon Ball if you used Volume Scaling, but if you used Volume Scaling for DC you'd have to use it for Dragon Ball too.
That's probably not happening until Episode 150, four episodes after Star vs Steven.
