This Thanos can easily defeated Eternity , who stated to be "all that is and will ever be ", which means entire universe (I know Eternity is 2-C, but it is pretty ambigious, so let's go with universe instead).

Captain Universe is not normally depicted as anywhere near as powerful as Eternity, and the latter will be upgraded to 2-A eventually, as far as I am aware. As such, it would mess up our scaling to use this instance alone as a basis for the statistics, similarly to when Thanos was strong enough to defeat Galactus and Celestials without external amplification.
