The Dark Dimension has more dimensions than man's universe.

Dormammu sustains the existence of the Dark Dimension, and has threatened to destroy it.

Thus, he should be "2-A, possibly 1-C" instead of "possibly Low 1-C", since this means the Dark Dimension is at least 7.29-dimensional due to having at least 1 more dimension than Marvel's own 6-D universe (yes, there is a decimal there, Marvel cosmology is weird).

Eternity is >= Dormammu and beat him in a battle, so he scales, as do people who scale to Eternity.

IG Thanos stomped Eternity, so he, Adam Warlock with the IG, and God Emperor Doom scale to 1-C.
