So, I've been thinking about making a profile for a monster called Singularis, since his description is one of the most straightforward regarding his strength. However, after talking it over with Kepekley, it turns out to...NOT be so. The description reads as such:

Singularis was born in the middle of the universe and when he moved for the first time, he left behind a massive black hole. Since then, that black hole has been devouring all the energy around it, empowering Singularis no matter where he is.
So, given the fact that it references a "massive black hole", I'm tempted to believe it should at the very least be above the threshold for a standard stellar mass black hole (which, according to this website, is around 3.8 solar masses.

So, my question: is the description definitive enough to justify a High 4-C rating, or should it just be left as Unknow?

Unknown because black hole feats are ignored no matter the context

Black holes aren't automatically High 4-C. You need a calc, and with just a statement like that, it seems impossible.

I realize that. As I said, I'm fairly skeptical of it myself, so that's why I'm trying others' opinions on this.

I'm just saying that it's impossible to put a true rating with just that, even assuming the black hole is legit.

How long has Singularus existed? If we know the black he's age we can determine a minimum size via the time it would take to destroy the hole via Hawking Radiation.

Well, given the fact that it says the middle of the universe, and the universe has no true middle considering constant and omnipresent expansion, I'm guessing as old as it?

At least, that's always the impression I got from it. I dunno, these descriptions are super vague.

Believe it or not, they only get worse.

I gathered "middle" was synonymous with "center" in this context. I thought it was a location rather than a time

It can be interpreted both ways really. As I said, that's just my personal take. Super vague an' all.

Ok, so I just dug around to refresh my memory a bit and apparently one of his moves is straight called Quasar. Just throwing it out there.

@ Assalt

Well, considering the fact that is "center", if we go by your hypothesis, we could very well be talking beginning of the universe here, since that was the only time when the universe had a central anything.

Also, to elaborate on the Quasar statement, monsters usually have move names that back up what little feats they possess in their descriptions.

For example, Ouros has all but three of his moves referencing real world mountains.

That's not possible here dude. All we have is statements.

Assuming that he existed since the beginning of the universe, the fact that the black hole has survived that long indicates that it is 1.729x10^11 kilograms.

That would mean it's an absolutely tiny black hole, though.

Well, it's something at the absolute least.

But then, you could also need to consider that the black hole has been "devouring all the energy around it" since then, so how big would that make it? What is this energy? Planets, stars, other black holes?

Agh, this is just too interpretive. I'm tempted to just make it Unknown and leave it at that.

Well that looked absolutely nothing like a black hole. It was a ball of electricity; it didn't even succ.

Yeah, Unknown it is then. But he's keeping the black hole generation, if only because his description and moves back it up.

Hello?

I would prefer if I wasn't forced to remove this.
