Why lie? The scan is blatantly obvious in what it is saying. The fragments Iko stole contained the power to make him strong enough break out of Ichibe’s hax. All fragments are not equal and those ones were taken from a Transcendent Hikone. You seem to miss the fact that you need to prove that all fragments contain this amount of power (they clearly don’t), because that is explicitly what allows Iko to resist CM2. All you’ve done so far is assert baseless assumptions as fact.

Transcendent reiatsu? Sure. But you’re currently misunderstanding what Transcendent reiatsu even means. To be Transcendent is to be so far above others in reiatsu that they cannot sense yours. It’s not like it’s some higher D type energy where it must be that dimensionality no matter how much of it there is.
If that's what accepted we should add that to all reio candidates
