By virtue of MARVEL SCALING

Godzilla has multiple feats throughout the series most consistent with each other as being either on par or slightly superior to the Marvel top heroes such as

Fought Hercules. Even though the Hero overpowered the Big G, Herc claimed it was one of his hardest labors

Godzilla easily overpowered the Human Torch with his atomic blast

Stalemated Thor (and inthat same issue fought all of the Avengers)

This seems to make him all a 4-B with MFTL+ reactions. We also have enough to make a Godzilla (MarvelProfile with two keys)

1) Shrunken with the Pym Particles he still fought and hurt the Thing

1) Godzilla has no low ends on Marvel to really disprove this until he was shrunken with Pym Particles and once Marvel lost the license, after which Goji was literally remade into a different being altogether

2) It was no crossover,but a licensed product, like Rom the SpaceKnight and fully canon. When Marvel got a licensed product, they made it canon
 
I'd love to have a 4-B Godzilla, though for now, I'll wait for Marvel Experts.

Though I can confirm that it's in fact not a crossover, and from what I've heard, it would be still canon to Marvel to this day.
 
This isnt happening unless dark, Matt, and probably Ant agree to it, just going to point that out right now
 
Disagree with MFTL+ reaction speed due to scaling. We dont scale speed in Marvel like that unless they're flying/has feats of their own, thats the reason why Hercules doesnt have MFTL+ speed despite being Thor's equal (Thor even said that Hercules is superior to him in H2H)
 
He still needs to have MFTL+ reactions since in an offcial Godzilla novel, Godzilla has a MFTL+ SpaceFlight speed done by herself, not with a spaceship or anything, so it would still scale to her reactions.

Wheter Thor has a better spee feat or not, it doesn't really matter here.
 
I suggest discussing speed only if Marvel Godzilla's tier gets accepted, and if afterwise it can be made into a profile (again), since Composite Godzilla has already superior speed to MHS+

It didn't really happen though except for a comedic moment in the letters of the first issue, so it did not really happen

she also can travel freely through conventional space-times too

Leviathan was never confirmed to be Godzilla in that comic.
