I'm proposing an upgrade for Storm that would change her tier specifically at her peak and when she's accessing her godhead. There's some P&A stuff additions too.

Addition to Environmental Destruction (Storm created a storm around Yggdrasil that threatened to spread to the other realms on its branches and potentially tear Yggdrasil asunder.[1][2])
Up to at least High Hyperverse level (Storm overpowered The Adversary and was stated to be a bigger god than him.[3]Storm fought the elder god Toranos alongside the Thor Corp, Storm throughout this fight states that she doesn't want or need All-Father Thor's power.[4] Storm fought a group of entities including the Adversary, Bete Noir, the First Fallen, the Goblin Force, and the god Annihilation, repelling them all. As she is a bigger god than The Adversary she should gain speed somewhat comparable to him when accessing her godhead. Was confident in her ability to fight Toranos alongside Thor and was capable of reacting to Mjolnir, which Thor had thrown with all his force.[4]).
