That depends... does Mr. Zeno have donuts on him? Joking aside, leaning a bit towards him. Awakening could argubly be a decent counter to Hyper Multiplication, but the infinite ability, as well as his spatial abilities would make it hard even for Katakuri to close in even with awakening, let alone attempting to strecth.
