Again, multiple Green Lanterns working together did Galaxy feats, and the entire corps working together can sustain the universe. But not one Post-Crisis Green Lantern as done that on their own.John Stewart has better feats than that, there are regular GLs that can destroy galaxy sized things and sustain universes
They attempted to lift him, and were partially in the process of getting part of him off the ground, but it was too much for them in the end. Also, you can see the green light surrounding them that they were being amplified by GL. Also, pages later in that same comic, Green Lantern managed to make use of that Tunnel to lift up his entire body; a feat that Superman and Wonder Woman's combined might couldn't do. This literally happens all the time, that people find those scans on random threads/articles but don't seem to know what happened in the rest of the comic. This isn't even true, Superman and Diana did most of the lifting, Kyle just made a tunnel to help them
It's not explicitly stated like that, but it's noted that it's dangerous to just simply attempt to move the Earth with your hands, which is why Green Lantern even wrapped a constraint around the Earth in the first place. He did slightly crack part of that constraint while he was pulling it with all his might, but Hal was also struggling to keep the constraint active and stable and was loosing a bit of willpower when he was worried Superman and the others might not have been strong enough.Where does it say they would have individually ripped off a portion of the Earth and how does helping Superman lift the planet mean he's stronger? Superman's pull was cracking his construct while overpowering the pull of someone that had greater power than moving 2 universes. Superman has sent Hal flying before and did better against Parallax than Kyle did
