Can Superman (Original) retcon punch too?

In Harley Quinn #67, she goes back to all the major crisis events and in case of Infinite Crisis, she reached the Paradise Dimension before the Crisis ever even happened. We see Superman pounding on the wall creating shockwaves in community retconning history just like Superboy Prime did in the Secret Files of Infinite Crisis. It's also confirmed by Prime himself who gets excited at the fact that Superman almost revived the Waynes as vampires with his retcon punches.

It is part of current continuity in rebirth. Harley also mentions how Lex offered her a chance to be a member siding with Doom in the current Justice/Doom War.
