Character and Verse: Pinhead, Hellraiser

Feat Description: Pinhead grows large enough to be comparable in size to Earth and cause planetary devastation. (1, 2, 3, and 4).

Obviously not, that's taking the description far too literally.

It means the planet is being torn apart in a big explosion.

Also, 99% sure that splitting the planet in half has to be above the planet's GBE, or else the planet would just put itself back together.

Splitting a planet in half does not necessarily mean it can't put itself back together. Sometimes, the two halves are still trying to pull each other back.

Wall of text
5-B Anakin, Jedi Council, Ahsoka, Luminara, Qui-Gon, Movie Era Sith (bar Sidious), General Grievous, Durge and Bariss Offee then?

This probably wouldn't scale to KOTOR Era characters because top tiers like Malak and Nihilus are only High 6-A

Another thing that possibly adds credence to 5-B Council Masters is Shaak Ti tilting a Dark Side Planet (Felucia) to the light side, and when she died, it went back to the dark.

Priority: 1

Verse: Professor Layton

Feat: https://youtu.be/Zh2ReGQY0ts?t=16m36s

Bill Hawks takes an explosion that destroys two large buildings, regaining conciousness very shortly after the explosion. This scales to characters such as Professor Layton and Descole, and is vital for profiles to be made in this new verse.

Priority: 1 or 3 for the former feat, and 3 or 4 for the latter feat.

Verse: Arrowverse.

Descriptions:

Supergirl withstands a bomb. Maxwell Lord: "If it blows it will produce an overpressure of 2000 pounds per square inch." Alex Danvers: "That'll level 30 square blocks. You need to get it clear of the city."

^ Supergirl withstands this bomb at near point blank range, and it's implied Martian Manhunter contained it within his hand.

Supergirl Stops a monorail. Alex Danvers: "You're using Electromagnetic Propulsion." Maxwell Lord: "The lack of friction allows us to reach speeds of 500 kilometers per hour." There's three monorail carts as shown by Maxwell's projections.

Name of the Verse/Character: Baldi's basics in education and learning / Baldi

Brief Feat Description: If the player of baldi's basics in education and learning gets every problem wrong baldi will get much faster that it would be literally no way of outrunning him it likely takes baldi 5 seconds to reach the player here is a video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYYm9eOIZ5M the feat starts around 0:04

Priority: Possibly 2, likely 3 (Depends on wheather or not the changes to scaling within the Foundationverse are accepted. If they are, 3.)

SCP-076's Tier may need to be looked at again, as it will likely no longer be able to scale off of 682.

Verse: SCP Foundatio

Description: SCP-076 feats.

"He stalked over to the heavy blast door, a slab of gargantuan metal two feet thick and weighing three tons. He wrenched it aside with ease and a metallic screech of protest from its wheels, the weight of the barrier a more effective deterrent to invaders than any lock."

Broken out of /destroyed this. Material is steel.

"A Primary Containment Zone (PCZ), consisting of a 7 m cube encased in 1.5 m of reinforced material. PCZ is to be designed to be flooded and drained as needed, and should remain filled with seawater unless access to contents is required."

@Spino Which is an outlier and thereby not on the page. These aren't outliers.
