this is what allmights profile says about his speed:

At least Supersonic (Blitzed multiple powerful villains, calc)

i vote for a change in his speed from a general "at least supersonic" to a

"Close Combat speed supersonic and travelling speed is mach ~0.5"

the travelling speed is because of the distance: 5km = 5000 meters, 30 seconds timespan -> 5000/30 = 166,67 meters per second, that is pretty much mach 0.5...

what does everyone think?

I don't agree because that's not accounting for the time it took him to locate them or realize he was attacking the other base

^they already knew that the other base was attacked because jeanist didnt answer their calls, allmight and companions immediatly knew that something happened there so i dont think he needed to search at all :/

Yes, but the calc assumes he just ran there and also the Noumu were there for several seconds before All Might left

All Might needs an AP upgrade to AfO anyways, he blocked his MCB blast with pure strength during their fight

I think the speed of the whole verse as a whole needs to be revised deku and the rest are rated as supersonic which is based off deku react to gran torino in a leap, that's real shaky imo i don't remember gran torino being stated as supersonic and i don't see any calc putting that feat at supersonic. And again the subsonic speed comes from izuku reacting to bakugo's explosions but again i don't see any calc putting the explosions at subsonic though i do think it should probably be but it would be nice to have concrete evidence.

im aware of that calc, i posted the link in the OP too but that is only having his close combat speed feats, but now from what we saw at ch81 we can change his speed stats and add a travelling speed too

...except the distance used in that calc is 50 meters, which is far beyond close combat speed.

All Might has super strenght so it's fairly logical to say that he's just really fast in the initial charge, 50m is not that much. Apparently he loses speed after that because he can't travel 5km in less than 30 seconds.

5km is way more accurate than 50m to measure his travelling speed.


At least that's what I think

He does jump when travelling right? Else he hits stuff he shouldnt not like when he blitzes opponents in clear view.

So separate stats for combat and travel is best.
