Not sure if it would make a difference. Would Lucario be attracted to her in the first place? Regardless, this is base Lucario.

Hancock takes the first round with her Melo Melo no Mi Powers, as they still work on people who aren't utterly infatuated with her (i.e. Pacifistas).

Not sure about the second round, since I don't recall her using them against female characters.

Anyways I will give the first round to Hancock, if her powers works on Den-Den Mushis and Pacifistas I fail to see why it won't work on Lucario. Round 2 would probably be the same.

First off, do her MeloMelo no Mi powers work on animals?

Second off, Lucario's AP and Dura advantage (and massive speed advantage with Extreme Speed) should allow it to defeat Boa in both rounds.
