In Darkseid War Arc, Anti-Monitor made two or three flashes maybe? and make them fused with the New God Black Racer who is a avatar of Death and becoming the Black Flash.

Then Black Flash killed New 52 Darkseid (who was universal level+) by going through him thanks to AM.
