Bleach pre-timeskip powerscaling

I was wondering as to whether this calc of the Bambi fodder girls is scalable to any pre-time skip bleach characters.

These characters are both rated as MHS+, and assuming that their speed is in the same ballpark as Ichibe's, this means that an two approximate mach 3000 characters were caught off guard by hypersonic (mach 29) characters. This would make espada 1-3 and 2nd release Ulquiorra, 2nd release Ichigo, Aizen's crew and perhaps a few others MHS+.

http://*********.com/Manga/Bleach/Bleach-394?id=8329 - Wonderweiss intercepts Yamamoto's punch as it is inches from Aizen's face. Aizen also clearly reacts to the head captains attack.

Would these arrancars blitzing/catching MHS+ captains off guard be considered feats or outliers?

They were only High Hypersonic pre-timeskip, so I don't think these count.

Aizen was blitzed by Gins bankai which turned out to be not as fast as Mach 500 so no other characters are faster

Im not sure about that since theirs no distinction on senior captains profiles for pre and post-timeskip their just MHS+ as a blanket statement. Also since Yamamoto is around 2000 years old and previously fought and defeated Yhwach i dont think he'd have made the jump from high hypersonic+ to MHS+ over a relatively short timeskip.

Pre time skip charcters don't powerscale to their post time skip selfes ,we've had this discussion at least two other times and we reached no conclusion.
