Bleach Bankai General Discussion Thread 23

^ Won't Renji and Rukia (and Uryu) scale from the fact that they harmed an Espada? You also have Tesla completely nulling a last La Muerte from Chad, and while Chad was injured atm, Tesla was confident that the attack would actually affect Nnoitra (compared to the second La Muerte, which did nothing).

Edit: also, some the Liuetenants that don't scale now to it should likely scale for their TYBW key.
 
Renji singed Szayel's clothes, Ishida needed a prep attack that only pissed him off and Rukia got fodderized by Aaroniero, only winning by PIS. The guy took her attacks to the face no issue. Tesla stopping it already shows how weak Chad was, it wasn't gonna do anything to Nnoitra.

Not sure how the TYBW Lietenants scale tbh. Hisagi is one thing but the rest are ass aside from Mashiro. They either scale higher or don't scale at all.
 
Reminder that Rukia only smashed Aaroniero's glass tub so unless this is some super highly durable glass tank then we only have normal glass tanks as reference So Rukia ain't getting anything
 
He is picking a future , not a past . The only thing that change is the present once it catches up to the future Yhwach messed with .

It's literally never even stated in the manga that he picks a future, all that's said is that he rewrites the future. How does that work? He quite literally rewrites things in the future. Wonder why he said "I broke your bankai in the future"? Because before ichigo even went to bankai yhwach rewrote the future to say that it breaks. Hence he broke it in the future.


It's also why he tells ichigo to keep jumping to other possible futures, becuase he can see every possible future and can rewrite things he doesn't like.
 
Yhwach placed traps on the future but he had no future since he was defeated. How come he placed those traps? Yhwach made his sword land the hit but his attack was blocked. Yhwach revive himself but he was dead.
 
the traps were made from the black reshi also toshiro has zero chance vs yama (going by old comment) yamas bankai completely turned off toushiro
 
Here's a question, where exactly in 5-B does bleach lay? There seems to be no calc for it, but at the same time assuming baseline seems strange for the feat that's being used.

Mimihagi is 3x Baseline I think and it goes up to about 1.06 Yottaton's for SK Yhwach. With Ichigo scaling above that unquantifiably.

Mimi is x3, Almighty Yhwach is stated to be far beyond him which is proven when he no diffs Mimi and absorbs him so he is lowballed to at least x3, after absorbing the SK, Yhwach says "so this is what unlimited power is like?". Obvious hyperbole but it confirms he gains the power of whatever he absorbs and SK had power far beyond both him and Mimi so an even bigger lowball at just being x3 so this gives us SK Yhwach = x9. Hollow TS is comparable to this, Hollow TB is far stronger but we lowball to x9 (waiting on those Bankai multipliers) Yhwach absorbs this and then Ichigo with just True Bankai amps to one shotting this x18 Yhwach. Hollow Merge being an unquantifiable boost to this and EOS got back the power from Yhwach so he gets x9 added on since we basically lowballed everything he had to the bare minimum, essentially a doubling his stats.

what do you mean cant turn on bankai?
 
Szayel built a room that negs Bankai. Renji's specifically but all of the scientists are smarter than Szayel and can easily get a hold of the needed info to do the same to Hisagi when Szayel gathered Renji's in a few minutes. Kisuke could possibly power mod is it technically isn't damage since he immediately "fixes" Hisagi.
 
SS arc onward, isn't shikai Ichigo captain level ? So literally anyone who fought him and did decently well should be captain level.
