I think Ichibe should have type 8 immortality and type 4 via this statement from the novel.

As for the upgrade in regen although i'm not sure I think Ichibe should have low-godly regen,because he was killed by Yhwach but was able to reform a new body using some of Ichigo's power,via talking to him with telepathy while he was dead.
