Why is the beyonder weaker then mistress death (who he killed), infinity, eternity and living tribunal? He was stated to be millions of times more powerful then all of them combined but they're all 1B while the beyonder is presumably 1C.

Due to that all of his greatest feats were retconned away into being illusions created by the cosmic entities to help him grow. It was first several years after the retcon that the abstract entities were defined as being 16-dimensional. For the Pre-Retcon continuity, we can only assume that he was millions of times more powerful than a regular 11-dimensional multiverse. There were no statements to assume it being higher than that before 1985.
