I never said he was stronger…? And neither did anybody else. The point is that their AP shouldn’t be that far off from each other, so it’s not an AP stomp.

Probably. But if nappa plays it smart and keep his distance and blast saitama with powerful ki blasts then he can win.
Remember that ki blast increases a user's AP.

Saitama does have chances here, but they are unlikely giving Nappa's ranged options and, even if small, some advantage in AP, which is rather relevant here since this is a very AP based battle, so I'll vote Nappa

Saitama's punches and other physical attacks does have a planetary range, and he has a VAST advantage in Lifting Strength which makes a close fight (which is Nappa's starting move) very dangerous for him
