So Saitama is stronger, has better lifting strength, and range but that's about it.

Dan has two types of intangibility and Saitama's Non-Physical Interaction doesn't look like it will be much use since it's different, and even then Dan has Low-Godly regeneration so Saitama can't put him down with physical blows. Saitama's power copy is useless since Dan gets his powers from ghost physiology which is formed from ectoplasmic energy/ectoplasm which Saitama hasn't shown the ability to copy. I don't see resistance to Soul Manipulation/Mind Manipulation that is layered so Dan can one shot with ectoplasmic energy or his possession which has several layers. Saitama also doesn't seem to have a counter for invisibility either. Time Travel is also useless so I don't see anything Saitama can do to win here. He can't even outlast Dan.
