BFRer in which their BFR technique has vastest range (I.e : can 'grab' an opponent from another galaxy to BFR him/her) and largest load (can BFR a planet for example) and is very difficult to be circumvented/to be get out of... for each tier.
Of course, one that comes to mind immediately is Kaguya for Low 5-B.
Any other candidates for other tiers?
(Note : BFR = Battlefied Removal. Someone who can win battles by banishing the opponent to outside of battlefield for indefinite period of time. Thus BFRer = Someone who can do BFR.)
