You can defeat someone with immo type 5 by using EE or forcing the law and concept of death on them. So below Law and CM(1,2,3).

It seems like Immo type 5 can either be just not being bounded by life or death, or just being incorporel, i feel like the first one fits better as incorporablity seems to have it as a side effect
Which would place immo type 5 alot lower

Not being bounded by life or death still means you could be incapped or bfr, i dont think higher then High Regen but somewhere in Low-High to Mid-High

Make Large Size a little lower, as even Low-Godly (or a non-baseline degree of High) could survive it indefinitely.

For Type 9/10/11 they are as high as they are cause they would act like ND/NEP but with them you dont need to be a specifc tier or have certain a certain range tier, while you would need to be tier L2-C/L1-C/L1-A or have that range to affect them, while the regen would survive them, so would the other side, this goes with the ND/NEP stuff
