Ben 10 - Tier 1 Profiles Updates from Cosmology and Scaling Revisions

Did I accept this revision previously, or do you need an evaluation, and if so, what do you need evaluated exactly?
 
So what do you need me and other staff members to evaluate here, just to see if we can make this revision officially accepted?

    • Repeatedly stated by Azmuth, Paradox, and the staff to have the greatest power in the verse, even after introducing the Chrono Navigator.
      • Even after the events of (January 19, 2013) Ben Again, where the Chrono Navigator is introduced, the staff re-affirm their "omnipotence" within the series power scaling (September 13, 2013 - Q&A With Matt Wayne).

Okay. If the Low 1-C scaling for the verse as a whole has been previously accepted, that seems reasonable to me.
 
One thing before that: the Annihilargh's article and file names are spelled wrong, so the pages need to be moved. Also, I believe we should change its durability to Below Average Human level.
