Ben 10: AP revision for the top tiers

Introduction​

Continuing from previously accepted thread, this one will focus on re-scaling the top tier characters/weapons of Ben 10 as per the newly revised cosmology.

Scaling:​

1. Annihilarrgh and Feedback​

The Annihilarrgh creates universes inside white voids. The white void is accepted to be 1-C, likely 1-B. So at bare minimum, the Annihilarrgh's attack potency must be 1-C, likely 1-B.
Now as per my personal point of view, the AP from my perspective should be 1-C, likely 1-B in White Nothingness, 1-B inside the "Universe". The reason being as seen over here that the Annihilarrgh straight up destroys and digs up everything to the blackvoid/space beyond and then starts destroying other parts of the Universe.
So there are 2 options which I could think of:

Option 1:​

Tier: 1-C, likely 1-B in White Nothingness, 1-B inside "The Universe"

Option 2:​

Tier: 1-C, likely 1-B

2. Chrononavigator​

"Stop this now or all of existence will be destroyed"
As verbatim stated by Paradox, the chrononavigator can destroy all of existence which would engulf everything which Paradox is aware of. Which is the same weapon that paradox used in UA series to teleport himself to The Space Beyond implying that it's range would go as far as other universes created by Annihilarrgh.
Changes:

Attack Potency: Hyperverse level (If desired, the Chrono Navigator can destroy all of existence, all of time and causality itself. "All of existence" refers to the realm of the Space beyond)

3. Alien X/Celestialsapiens:​

Well since it has already been established that the Celestialsapiens scale above Chrono Navigator, I'd like to pull up with one more reasoning to make this consistent.

The term "Universe" in the Omniverse series consistently refers to The creation of Annihilargh.
"An entire Universe in my image"
-Maltruant seeing his creation of Annihilargh
"We are about to create a Universe, the countdown has already begun"
-Contumelia before activating the Annihilarrgh.
"Rook: I suspect if a Universe already exists in this dimension, the Annihilarrgh will destroy it.
Ben: But if there isn't one, the Annihilarrgh will create it"
With this being said, it's pretty consistent to scale Alien X above the Chrononavigator. Hence this should be the reasoning:

Attack Potency: Hyperverse level (Repeatedly stated by Azmuth, Paradox, and the staff to have the greatest power in the verse, even after introducing the Chrono Navigator. Can create and destroy other Annihilarrgh Universes. Traded blows with Galactic Gladiator)

Now for range-
Option 1:

Range: Hyperversal (Comparable to the range of Chrononavigator. The Celestialsapiens detect Universes from the Space Beyond and change whichever they wish to)

Option 2:

Range: Complex Multiversal, likely Hyperversal (Can create and destroy the Universe)

Considering the 4 ability addition threads and the Immeasurable Speed Paradox CRT we have 5 threads, which is almost the double of the number of threads allowed
