Yea the arrows are suppose to be equal to your average lightning bolt which is also 5 giga joules. Ichigo overcame electrocution that was amped by her holy form and sclaveri.

It's talking about her Lifting Strength, not her Striking Strength. That should be obvious to anyone who reads the series since Meninas's Schrift is one that amplifies her physical strength through increasing her muscle mass. Hence why it's called "The Power".

Her Schrift P for Power allows her to store excess power in her tiddies...it's why they're so big
When she needs a boost in power mid battle she can gather the stored power from there like Tsunade's Byakugo seal to make her muscles big
Yhwach knew it was too powerful and she could potentially overthrow him hence why he nerfed her
