Are there any characters with as many or more PIS moments than Arceus?

Especially ones that are the same tier or above. I’m assuming most of the ones that come into mind will be comic book characters?

Also another question. How many PIS moments is required in order for a character to not be (insert tier here)? Like let’s say there’s a character who is only 7-A via one feat and maybe one statement as well. How many PIS moments (e.g almost dying after punched by a normal gorilla) would be required in order for the character to not be considered 7-A?

There's a lot of PIS regarding Kratos but most of them are just game mechanics that can't be taken seriously in any measure.

Green Lantern as well.

Thor especially. Dude recently got capped by a bunch of arrows.

Tier 8 characters getting negged by bullets and knives consistently.

Dante in DMC also comes to mind at times (Though in his case he genuinely holds back on his durability to make the fight fun until he gets serious and becomes effectively bulletproof).

Goku and a bunch of the DB dudes are also hot PIS magnets.
