Any explanation to this buried Naruto lightspeed feat? (Sorry for bringing it)

Why is this overlooked?

Is it because:

1) The anime isn't counted as canon (even though we use it for other calcs?)

2) The lightspeed attack's behavior isn't identical to lightspeed light

or

3) It's unlikely the evens of Naruto dodging hapened in the manga


It's really unfair to skip over this when it clearly exists.

Ah the infamous light fang, i am pretty sure this is a banned topic but since just a question being asked it should be ok?probably not anyway I think it has to do with their being no evidence for it being legit light just because it's named has light in it doesn't mean its lightspeed and if memory serves me right only the guidebooks say it's lightspeed and they are very inconsistent.
