Another Tekken Speed Revision (Just a tiny one tho)

Tekken 2 Kazuya Ending
Tekken 2 Kazuya Ending

So the beams in Tekken have been calced to Sub-Rel levels. But this was only counted for attack/combat speed. HOWEVER, there is an ending where a beam is outpaced in movement.

Here at 0:18 a beam is fired, and Heihachi is completely out of frame in the wide shot. Yet he manages to make it all the way to Kazuya just before the beam hit. Heihachi traveled a further distance than the beam in the same amount of time, meaning he is faster. So the Sub-Rel stats should apply to movement as well. Not just attack/combat/reaction speed.
