The MEODP isn't run of the mill dura neg, it seems to be reality manipulation through concept manip and ee, which has been tiered in certain cases before
durability negation may be a byproduct, or not even exist in the first place.
the meodp isn't confirmed to bypass durability, just manipulate the concept of death to erase the targets existence.
A simple comparison would be like not tiering zeno's erasure of the universe because it negates durability.

Could we change the names of Samantha (Totally Spies!) and Alexandra (Totally Spies!) to just Sam (Totally Spies!) and Alex (Totally Spies!) respectively?
As the one who originally named the profiles, the characters are both known as just 'Sam' and 'Alex' and just clears the general uselessness of needing to all them by their full names.

hax potency has been tiered before, an example being zeno from db, who has next to no physical feats

Zeno has DB Ki scaling, which means that he's already physically stronger than every other character and the level of any of his attacks would scale to each other due to universe mechanics.

In the Outerverse key it directly states that she can destroy and reorder existence and control the thing that records and sets existence in place. Which is an AP thing.

The mystic eyes of death perception do exactly that, manipulating the root to destroy the target by bringing forward the end of thier existence, all the scans to prove that is in that very thread
