Ainz Ooal Gown vs Reinhard Van Astrea

This is very tough. They are both very haxxed out, but I think if Ainz uses grasp heart to stun Reinhard, and then uses black hole then he wins, otherwise, Reinhard wins. Also, Reinhard's first attack immunity and precognition wouldn't help him avoid a move like grasp heart that does not need any kind of contact to work. If speed was not equalized then Reinhard would stomp hard, but with it equalized Ainz can immobilize him with grasp heart or hold species long enough to finish him off with spacial manipulation. Arguments from the old thread seem to still work here as well.
