Aigis vs Lancelot the redux

Once he goes spirit form, he stays that way until he withdraws. Withdrawing is ooc since he needs to be told to do so.

Something I am wondering for a while now, Can Berserker see the attacks Aigis throws from range? Aside from the guns.

They seem to be bullets so if Kiri and Kerry can react to bullets as fast as them, Saber reacted to his D rank guns both from the jet and in cqc, Gil reacted to amped missiles and Lancelot has better reactions than all of them, I'd say he can see them when they get a bit closer.

Not the guns I said but the Persona skills, if it was gunfire, then it would be moot to even try it against Berserker

But then again hitting Berserker from range is difficult due to his speed, reactions and with the addition of his B-rank luck and protection of the fairies which amps it up even further.

Maybe? I mean one of them is literally just a giant fist crashing onto him. Probably not for the aoe stuff though.

As far as I can say even if Berserker does not use spirit form, fighting him in a place full of buildings in a 4 km range with his stats and skills, he can dodge the visible attacks and throw some projectiles at her with his A rank strength as for the AOE attacks his minor fate manipulation and protection from the fairies would probable aid him in dodging some of it and his madness would let him power through it ignoring the damage, also since Aigis has to stop and look at Berserker before running away again would let him capitalize in closing the distance even further in the time she activates the skill, closing the range is not impossible.

And as for the heavy damage apparently Arondight is unrestricted (don't know when that happened), he gets a boost in all of his stats by one more rank, which is ridiculous since his rank is A almost in all of it except Luck which is B and Mana which is C.

Though I don't know if it turns it into Rank EX or just Rank A++ since Saber kind of gave up the fight after he saw him.

Who says she hast to stop and look? She only has to look for the non aoe stuff anyway, and I'm pretty sure servant fate manip doesn't work like that.

The rank up should just make it superior to A or potentially A+, but not all the time. Jumping to EX is nuts seeing as that would be better than A+++. HIs Luck is gonna be really helpful with Arondight and PotF.

She would still have look for the melee AOE, since that attacks a specific multiple targets instead of just spreading out like her Heat Wave which spreads out from her persona itself and if he activates Arondight, she would literally do very little damage to him with the additional boost and the speed boost would help him reach her faster. His Fate Manipulation helps him in situations where it is normally impossible, like Saber somehow dodging Gae Bolg despites it's ability to reverse causality itself. Since when a Persona activates it's ability it shows some kind of motion first it would be obvious for Berserker when to dodge.

He still can't close the range though. She has stat amps of her own and the leisure to get away seeing how they already start kilometers apart.

And she doesn't have to look for the melee aoe given her range.

Her amps don't give that much of an advantage and it has time limits, She has to target him for the melee AOE since melee damage specifcally does not home in on the opponent and it does not attack everything within a certain radius like other persona skills. And even km apart looking at a small fast moving target through buildings and various alleys would be difficult. And if Berserker activates Arondight, that would make it even harder for her to get away and dealing damage to him would be hard.

Aigis is 4km away but her attacks appear like right next to him. She isn't the origin in terms of dodging them.

If it appears next to him, dodging it would be easier, he literally started to dodged Gil's NP's at point blank and he can sense magical energies he would know if something suddenly started appearing beside him.

And even if it does start appearing beside him she still has to know where he is or she would be just firing and then the moment it activates he might be gone already

Idk about easier, but if he has feats of dodging things point blank that's cool. Her speed amp also functions as an accuracy boost so she'll eventually hit him. And again idk how he's gonna be dodging the aoe attacks.

This guy was blindsided by an attack that was the equivalent of him hitting himself half a dozen times. He just got back up and tried to continue the fight before he was called back. AOE doesn't mean much when they aren't as strong as him, not hitting that often and he can tank it a bunch of attacks equal to/stronger than him.

Eh, fair. But he'll be worn down eventually over time.

If not, then sealing (which I still need to find).

Either that or we have another inconclusive.

Maybe but Servants can go for days and and have regen. Homing missiles are also very useful so its not like he is the only one receiving attacks.

Incon ain't too bad, at least Vel will finally finish one of their matches ovo.

Hin being worn down over time is depending on the amount of Magical energy we allow Berserker to have, because servants don't tire, they don't even need to eat or sleep and that's more for the case of a Berserker servant.

This is kind of the problem with Servant fights, in lore some servants are far too powerful for their master that it becomes impossible for them to use their true power which is a bit of a bust in vs battles since we never see them use their full strength otherwise.

Hell I am not even sure if Aigis unlimited stamina translates to unlimited MP, since In-Game all characters have limited MP and she has never shown unlimited MP in the series since we don't see her fight that much.

But as far as I can say it could be incon, though I wonder if it is still incon with Arondights boosts, AOE attacks do little damage to him in base but that could be nulled or completely dodged with the Arondight Boost. Along with the permanent speed boost.

Arondight is broke as hell which honestly requires the op to tell us if we are just using the Servants with infinite mana or if its them under a specific master.

The sealing works with a vessel, she would have to suddenly grab a random person on the street and assume it is strong enough to hold Berserker and even then the process is unkown.

Unless Berserker resists sealing I don't see why it wouldn't be strong enough considering a literal child was enough the first time.

A scrub human containing Berserker? That ... is not happening. Mages can already severly damage their own bodies and circuits just from using a bit too much prana at a time. Servants are way more than anything even better mages can output. Saber, nerfed, no prana supply and an inactive core still had 1250 units while Rin whose potential is in the top 100 of the Clocktower's history can only output 1000 max.

That's assuming the mechanics would work via the host supplying mana, which it doesn't. Heck, Makoto didn't even notice anything different until 10 years after Death was sealed inside of him.

But the child was never an ordinary child, he was our MC who had the power of the wild card later. And even then the process is unkown, is it possible long range or is the process immediate, can it just be any child or does it require certain circumstances like the mindset of the child, there are far too many unkown factors to consider it viable.

And thats not even considering that Death and Berserker are not the same type of entities

He didn't have it at the time.

The process is unknown, but it's convenient enough to where she could switch strategies mid battle, and do it to a much stronger opponent on a whim. The conditions when fighting Berserker are similar enough to assume she'd be able to do it.

It was not convenient it was plot induced for our MC to be there where she fought Ryoji, and even then she has not shown this ability again.

He didn't have it at the time but held the potential for it just like other Persona MCs

Also wasn't she designed to defeat or seal away Death, it can't be said that she can perform it on other entities as well.

She hasn't done it again because it's a literal last resort that she hasn't had to use since, and became out of character for her to do later. She'll have no qualms doing it here if it's her only victory method.

They're fighting in Yokohama, where there will conveniently be people around for sealing.

Him having the potential to become powerful later doesn't really change much in the present, and doesn't have anything to do with the sealing anyway.

Being designed to defeat Death doesn't mean she can't use her abilities on other people.

And even then it is a last resort meaning she is already on the losing side of things where she is beaten, Lancelot could nearly one-shot with Arondight and possibly a few hits with his pseudo NP's, that's why it was convinient for our MC to be near by, it's far too circumstantial.

Or once she realizes she isn't doing any noticeable damage she decides to seal because she can't win any other way. She doesn't have to already be on the losing end in this case.

Being desinged to defeat death does mean that the process of sealing is designed for him
