Add Resistance to cold to Saitama?

Shouldn't Saitama have a resistance to cold, for surviving in space after Lord Boros kicked him to the moon? It didn't seem like he was bothered by outer space's atmosphere at all. I dunno if it means anything, but I figured I'd make a thread about it

No. Heat loss in outer space is very, very slow because there's no air to carry that heat away quickly via convection.

He already has it via breaking free from being frozen by Withered Sprout tho.

Again, no air to carry out convection to carry away that body heat fast enough. You can't insta-freeze via your body giving off radiation alone.
