Quick question, why does Boros have likely higher? Scaling above an At least High 6-A would just make him At least High 6-A.
Also I don't think charged attacks would count for "higher", I mean we don't give Goku a higher with Kamehameha.

Yeah, I don't mind if "likely higher" gets removed
It seems to be based on Boros thinking that his energy blast can defeat Saitama, who had evenly matched him physically.
Though now I'm looking at the scan and nothing seems to really suggest that. Boros just says that he released a vast amount of energy and small fry would get utterly vaporised by it (which clearly isn't Saitama, even to Boros), so I guess that can be removed too

Dragonball Profiles just don't do that because it'd make the pages bloated

Hmm, well I guess "higher with Energy Blasts" can stay, but "Believed that he could defeat Saitama with a single attack" should probably be removed since that's not what the scan is saying. The justification would just be "Vaporized a large portion of his spaceship"

That and he says (At least in my translation) "If this massive release of energy" which means it's above his normal levels of released energy
So another justification would be "Releases more energy from his body than in his normal attacks"
