A quick question about tier 3 black holes

Do we rate creating a galaxy-sized black hole as 3-C or 4-B? The former is the value "via size", the latter is the actual energy output needed to create it (i'm not talking about mass-energy conversion)

Edit: This actually applies to any black hole whose sheer size is 4-A or bigger
 
I get 4-A for the latter (black hole with 90000 lightyears radius has 2.881521e+17 solar masses).

That said the latter, I believe. Since we don't rank a 1 meter black hole as minor feat, but as some Large Planet level feat we should be consistent in that regards and don't orientate ourself on size for the special case of black holes.
 
I got 6.6 x 10^50 J as a result, isn't that 4-B?

I used this formula:

E=R*c^2*(Sun's GBE)/(2xGxSolar Mass)

I obtained it this way:

E=(M/Ms)*Sun's GBE M=R*c^2/(2G) -> E=R*c^2*(Sun's GBE)/(2xGxSolar Mass)

G = 6.67408*10^-11

c = 299792458 m/s

R*c^2/(2G) = (8.5149E+20 * 299792458^2) / (2*6.67408*10^-11) = 5.73323249903e47 kg

Solar mass = 1.99 * 10^30 kg

5.73323249903e47/(1.99 * 10^30) = (M/Ms) = 2.881021356296482412060301507537688442e17

Sun GBE = 6.276x1041 J

2.881021356296482412060301507537688442e17 * 6.276x10^41 = 1.8081290032116724e59 J


Which is 4-A and the formula you used.
 
Anyone who is 3-C will become 4-A. So all the Adventure Megas. Myotismon, Imperialdramon, Paildramon, Magnamon, Chimeramon and anyone else you can find.
