Gonna break character and say that this is the black sheep of round 1 of this tournament.

In one character, he had arguably one of the most satisfying deaths ever, it's Shredder!

And his opponent... Rumble McSkirmish...

I believe this is base Shredder we're using, otherwise he'd have Type 4 and Mid regen.

Super Shredder doesn't have the Type 7 or Regen if he was used, he only gains shockwave and Body Control.

but anyway Rumble really has nothing on Shredder besides LS and range assuming its not Super.

Well, Rumble still has his specials to counter Shredder, most notable fist punch rain that should really give him a huge help to deal with the skill advantage...

he also has Super Power Ninja Turbo Neo Ultra Hyper Mega Multi Alpha Meta Extra Uber Prefix Combo that should massivaly uspscale from his normal fire balls... hum... what else?...

Shredder has any experience dealing with a literaly 2D fighter? idk... Rumble don't have much going for him really....

Well rewached some of rumble cenes, he does have a good tendence to use grabs as this was his first 2 moves against robbie. and also spam fire balls at range, he is the world champion on his game so should have at least this going for him in skill... let me see... he also has a tendency of using the enviroment, trowing barrels and stop signs... that he didn't hitted any... hummm...

Ye, just the fact shredder can jump 5 feet in the air will make this a extreme hard time for rumble still... regular voting shredder
