I want to make a joke about how the Enderman is actually the Slenderman and therefor wins.

Enderman is >> 0.615 tons via being above regular mobs who can tank nether heat, Kombu stomps A-Class heroes who are comparable or superior to Sneck who one-shot one of the crows who are superior to Monster Rosie who destroyed Dave with ease who is so close to 8-C that he's practically baseline.

So Kombu >> Mustachio and Golden Ball > Sneck >> Crow > Monster Rosie >> Dave <= 0.25 tons.

Teleportation helps, but Kombu can attack from all directions with its tentacles and has an essentially endless amount of them. It also seems to be a more capable fighter than the Enderman. So I'll vote for Kombu.
