Given some misunderstandings, I wanna clarify:
The character cannot enter the city during the 48 hours of prep, they can prepare outside but they cannot prepare in the area of battle or anywhere within the city

Basically 2-8 lol, no one actually voted. I'm busy anyway so I can leave more time for them to be concluded.
Well, technically Kazuma and Joker had votes but those votes were based on parameters that the tournament didn't allow and wasn't included in the character profile so I disqualified those
