Body Puppetry with the Sorrow Doll. Failing that possibly wearing him down but that's more unlikely.
It's got like min 50 meters AOE, and the first time through he has no reason to try to dodge a grenade since he's typically immune to them. Plus Snake can just place it on the ground instead of throwing it so he doesn't notice it

Yes, but I do like to note that Shockwave did shield himself against the EMP effect so I wouldn’t say the EMP isn’t effective against a Cybertronian.

Achieve what, Body Puppetry? He just needs to shoot out one of its semi-homing projectiles then wave it around a bit and the target can be controlled.

Well, I haven't gone through everything he has yet, if he has all his equipment, he actually has a lot of shit including other weird things like this but atm looking at the dolls because they're neat.
Octo Camo also changes his texture and masks infrared too, atop the invisibility. It's actually a pretty good combo.
