@Yobo I'll start it this weekend, posting a link here and on the hub thread for the 7-A brackets

Unless the votes suddenly change I believe it will be 7-B or High 8-C.

I'll actually be a stickler about it and only let in one Nasuverse character this time.

I got two ideas for the bracket. One serious and the other not at all serious. I'll decide which one I use when I see what other people suggest

Assuming Delusional Heartbeat isn't too good (which it isn't, it takes some time to prepare and it can be blocked pretty easily and every time he uses it he has to rely on a distraction), True Assassin could be a good pick.

Can we enter someone from a different part of the Nasuverse that isn't fate? Like a dead apostle or Member of the burial agency?

I mean c'mon, Tomoe doesn't have any interesting or concluded match, there is one against Cinder but that's shitty.

Musashi is seems too haxed tbh.

Almost none of the other dudes have interesting matches either

Musashi's hax don't bypass durability or anything like that, and her only defensive hax is temporary and requires activation that she doesn't spam. The main qualification is that someone decently stronger could reasonably take them down, and you don't need to be super hax or highly resistent to defeat them. Musashi fits the bill to pass

I mostly use these tournaments to shove some obscure characters into the spotlight, honestly. Didn't work with this one but I'm hoping it'll be different in the next one

What do you mean? most of the competitors are dudes that are rarely seen. EMIYA Alter is one of the most slept on servants out there. Lucario is more well known, but no one realised he was this good before this tourny. I had never heard of Gilgedguy beyond watching an animation with him once, and most of the more notable dudes got eliminated early.

I'd say this was a success for sure.

I mean I dunno I meant for me personally. Nonon is kinda well known just not on the wiki at all because not a lotta people used her.

I mean, I hadn't thought about her in years, and most other people probably hadn't either. She does have a good number of matches on her profile, so she can't be that obscure vs wise. But to each their own

Musashi doesn't have any defensive hax so she should be fine.
She has her wards, but that is minor at best, and really just functions so that her NP doesn't get interrupted. It really won't make a difference at all, right?

" Musashi's Noble Phantasm, a sword-roaring quick draw technique that is performed while Musashi is wielding two swords. First, she takes a firm stance and performs the Lesser Celestial Thrust, a series of attacks that overpowers her opponent with the energy from her sword, before finishing off her opponent with the Greater Celestial Phenomenon, her final blow which takes the form of an energy beam that cuts her opponent. This Noble Phantasm can be considered an embodiment of the sword of "Zero", the concept of "Void" that Musashi has yet to master. While it is classified as an Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm, it is in actuality an Anti-Fate Noble Phantasm, as it utilizes her Heavenly Eyes to their fullest potential to cut fates and achieve her desired outcome. Due to cutting fates, it wards off all forms of untimely deaths, karmic damage, curses, and tragedies in a single sweep. "

Say that to her empyrean eyes bullshit, fate hax is too much tho
All it does is guarantee her attacks will land. It sounds more crazy than it is. When you hear the ability, the knee jerk reaction is to think its something like Ashe's Golden Bullets, but in reality it may as well be a really good homing attack

Empyrean eyes is definitely too much for a tourney when Musashi can just go "lol I win" every round. At least throw in Kojiro.
She can't do that tho. Not by a long shot. She isn't Yhwach.

If she can, then I would love some scans because I was informed it wasn't actually that great. I don't recall her ever pulling something like this

@Iapitus That's not defensive hax actually. "Wards" in this case means she cuts through that stuff, so she would be able to cut through curses such as God Hand.
