Well, Cronus resists Mindscrew and his 1000 Degree Scythe can kill concepts (I think).

Homura has her own Concept Manip tho.

She actually starts with power null via concept/law manip (which is on tought) and her mindscrew is also passive (according to SD, I don't remember the actual proofs for that right now, you can ask him)

Also, speed isn't equalized so this might be a blitz in her favor

Well, Cronus does resist Mind Manipulation, although I did hear that Homura's mind screw is broken as hell, so I'm not sure if the resistance is good enough. What does Homura do against having her five senses + mind shut down passively?

I know next to nothing about this form of Homura, since I only watched the anime, I haven't watched the movies or anything else.

Shutting down the five senses I'm pretty sure is useless against her as her physical body doesn't matter to her

About the mind part, can you elaborate more? And does it work against abstracts?

I don't think it was ever said to work on abstracts (I may be forgetting something, I'm not a Saint Seiya expert either), then I guess that wouldn't work on Homura. Assuming he could resist Homura's mind screw, I guess it would depend on who acts faster, either Cronus kills her conceptually, or Homura nullifies him (I think).
