Voting for Dante here, Homura can't get past Dante's soul resistances and he has higher AP. Plus is going to be hard dealing with him since he has a high-godly regeneration in Majin state, also his stats get buffed in this state. So yeah, Homura won't do shit against him and if he just decides going straight to kill her, it's the end.
