    cloud feats are unreliable, Horikoshi doesn't know what he's doing, he only uses cloud feats because he thinks they are less strong than they really are. That's why Dabi/Endeavor's heat can do that but not vaporize a single cityblock.

    Oh, of course not! (not totally) I DO think Class P MHA is silly and probably an outlier I just couldn't think of an example of why it is. I just think that type of calculations should only be used to measure AP, he is not... lifting anything, just stopping something.
