Unclear? What part of Bakugo admitting to himself that he struggles to keep up with Deku, both in power and speed, is unclear exactly?

But why would he be referring to a percentage that Deku doesn't even normally use? Even at that point of the Liberation War Arc, Bakugo was struggling to keep up with 30%, which he clarifies is now Deku's normal percentage usage, with 45% being the new "peak" of his power, similar to how his 20% was the peak of his power (without breaking his bones) during previous sagas, and this peak being far above Bakugo's normal power at the moment.
We even make a difference between Bakugo's normal power and his Howitzer Impact, which is Town level+ putting it above 30%.

Shouldn't deku and bakugo have on their profiles heat resistance for surviving cloud to ground lightning with no burns or scars after getting zapped for a prolonged time (also electricity resistance, as even tho they were knocked out, they didn't die or get scars)

on that note why don’t we scale Todoroki (JT) to 8.12 tons?
He’s the only one in the fight against chimera to actually hit him hard without tactics (Ice) and his Half Cold attack forced Chimera to transform so he could break out of it
So I think it’s safe to say it did damage.
Along with that He threw hands in Round 3 of the JT exercise, and did damage TetsuTetsu with his attacks, nearly eliminating him in one go had Honeuki not been there
