    My friend said due to the debris size the feat would yield low results so i thought a calc group member would have an idea on how to get high results (9-B to 9-A). Seeing as the feat by looks should yield high results as the character caved in multiple large debris that was comparable to the size of huge monsters..... Too bad it will just be a supporting feat without value...

    Hm, that's a bit hard. I don't know if the method is correct, but the way I'd do this is calc the KE of the ocean (fresh water is negligible, being only 3% of the earth's water), which is... tough.

    I don't know how much of the ocean's water is in a current but I think it's probably a large amount, I don't see it being deadly still, so if we do the mass of the ocean, aka 1.426e21 kg x 0.02 m/s^2 x 0.5 you get 2.852 x 10^17 Joules, City+. The same link has the fact that surface currents, which are 8% of the oceans' volume, go between 1 to 2.5 m/s, let's do 1.75^2 x 0.5 x (1.426e21 / 100 * 8), giving us a result of 1.74685 x 10^20 Joules, 6-C. This is just the surface currents, so it's a lowball, but it's the best I can get ya.
