  • I have many responsibilities on this site, and this means I only wear each hat for as long as is necessary. Therefore, you may leave CRT/calc eval/whatever requests, and I will try to get to it, but understand that my time is limited and I'm normally already tapped for some wiki policy matter or maintaining the wiki management threads or handling account issues for users who never seem to get things right. Low priority requests include tiershit, particularly active verses, and discussions with a lot of active staff voices already present. I'm not saying "no" but I probably won't get to them. If I don't reply, smart money says it won't be me to get to it. Sorry.

    Howdy Bambu, this has nothing to do with my CRTs or reviews still waiting for my calc but I noticed that Non-Combat threads were now officially allowed (more or less) and figured this might be a possible talking point to more easily bring these threads onto characters. A type of "Sports Mastery" ability page where it would allow people to showcase how a character is skilled in any particular sport. Figured that'd help make thematic matchups more easily sourced as there'd be a spot to directly place such skills.

    The speed feat looks like it might straight up be aim dodging anyways? He begins running long before the cloud comes. I'd look for something better- but you'd need it calc'd, yes. LS could be left at Superhuman if you didn't want to bother with a calc, but any specific class above that would need one.

    Sorry to disturb you, but I had a quick question about how we handle tricky situations on the wiki.

    Let’s say in a movie, something is visually depicted as a black hole (with features like an accretion disk and event horizon), but in the dialogue it's called a neutron star at least twice. On top of that, there are multiple WoG statements, from the director, explicitly referring to it as a neutron star, and they even mention that a physicist helped them design it accurately.

    So from one angle, the visual and technical elements suggest a black hole, but there’s a strong and consistent set of statements identifying it as a neutron star.

    In a case like this, which takes precedence on VSBW, visual depiction or explicit statements?
