Improve Lookism Profile Part 3 ( Major Upgrade )

From this CRT, it was found that it has already been accepted by the staff. Therefore, this CRT was created to upgrade the level of certain characters that are likely to be scalable

This CRT contains lengthy details, so I will include all the scans to make it easier for the staff to review and make a decision.

Note 1
I will only assign them a Possibly rating, since these characters are weaker than the ones who were upgraded to Possibly High 8-C in the previous CRT.

Note 2
For the most part, I will be using Warren Chae as a baseline for scaling, since he was able to harm Manager Kim. The characters I intend to upgrade in this CRT are all either on the same level as, or superior to, Warren Chae. Most of them can also deal damage to Base Gun, who is himself superior to Warren Chae.

1.Johan Seong
Johan Seong is superior to Warren Chae. In addition, he was nearly able to defeat Gun Park. His strength was great enough to force Jinyoung Park to get serious in order to stop him

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He nearly defeated Gun Park and was able to fight Jinyoung Park, Jinyoung Park had to fight seriously in order to stop Johan Seong )

2.Eli Jang
He is superior to Warren Chae and can inflict severe damage on Gun Park.

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He inflicts heavy damage on Gun Park )

3.Jake Kim
Comparable to Eli Jang, he can inflict heavy damage on Gun Park

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( Comparable to Eli Jang, he can inflict heavy damage on Gun Park )

4.Samuel Seo
Comparable to Jake Kim, he cooperated with Eli Jang, Jake Kim, and Johan Seong to defeat No.1

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( Comparable to Jake Kim )

5.Daniel Park ( True Body )
At the very least, he is superior to Warren Chae. Jake Kim stated that Daniel Park ( True Body ) is above himself, Eli Jang, Samuel Seo, and Johan Seong. Therefore, Daniel Park ( True Body ) can be scaled accordingly

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He is comparable to or stronger than other crew leaders ), higher with Ultra Instinct


6.Zack Lee
He is superior to Warren Chae and has previously defeated Johan Seong. He can inflict damage on Gun Park severe enough to cause bleeding

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He can inflict damage on Gun Park )

7.Vasco
He is comparable to Zack Lee and can also inflict damage on Gun Park

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He is comparable to Zack Lee and can inflict damage on Gun Park )

8.Vin Jin
His strength is not far behind Zack Lee or Vasco

9.Hudson Ahn
Warren stated that Hudson's punches are dangerous. Additionally, Hudson was able to inflict damage on Eli, even though he ultimately lost

10.Warren Chae
He can inflict damage on Gun Park and Manager Kim

Upgraded to

11.Jerry Kwon
He is comparable to Warren Chae and can inflict damage on Gun Park

12.Sinu Han
In the past, he fought Eli Jang and Warren Chae alone. He should be stronger than Jerry Kwon

13.Mandeok Bang
He can inflict damage on and withstand attacks from Gun Park

Upgraded to

He is comparable to Mandeok Bang and can break Gun Park’s arm

15.Ryuhei Kuroda
He once fought Sinu Han and nearly defeated him. He is capable of fighting Gun Park reasonably well

16.Taejin Cheon
In the past, he was able to defeat Vin Jin. He traded blows with Tom Lee to the point that Tom Lee considered taking him seriously

17. No.1
He one-shot Warren Chae and is described as having physical strength comparable to Tom Lee. It took Eli Jang, Jake Kim, Samuel Seo, and Johan Seong working together to defeat him

18.Taesoo Ma
He is superior to Warren Chae and was able to chase down James Lee. James Lee stated that if he were careless, he could have died. His punches are renowned in Gen 1

19.Gongseob Ji
Comparable Taesoo Ma

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( Comparable Taes

20.Jichang Kwak
He was able to defeat Taesoo Ma in the past and fought Daniel Park ( True Body ). James Lee stated that Jichang Kwak is one of the strongest kings

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( In the past, he was able to defeat Taesoo Ma and fought Daniel Park ( True Body ) )

21.Seokdu Wang
He was able to fight Warren Chae, Eli Jang, and Samuel Seo in the past. One must be at the level of Daniel Park ( True Body ) to make Jichang Kwak confident that Seokdu was truly defeated by Gen 2. At that time, Daniel Park ( True Body ) was able to inflict damage on Jichang Kwak

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( He is at a level close to Daniel Park ( True Body ) )

22.Seongji Yuk
He was able to fight James Lee in the past. James Lee stated that Seongji Yuk is superior to him and is the only person who nearly defeated him

Upgraded to
Possibly High 8-C ( Fought on par with James Lee )

I'm not sure if this reasoning is valid, since Daniel Park UI adjusts his strength to match or surpass his opponent. I believe that the version of Daniel Park UI who fought Jinyoung Park was stronger than the one who fought Daniel Park's True Body

Yes, he does but this doesn't mean he will get slammed by anyone; he is still stronger than the person he fights even with adjusted strength. And Jinyoung park was not able to achieve the feat which original Daniel achieved. So, I think it is pretty reasonable for him to be "likely High 8C"

For Daniel TB, I think ‘Possibly’ is correct, because what allowed Daniel TB to fight against Daniel PB UI was the UI itself. Therefore, Daniel TB’s key base should be ‘Possibly’, with a note added like ‘higher with UI’ ( and include the reason that he was able to fight Daniel PB UI, for example.)

If you want ‘Likely High 8-C’ to be specifically for the UI in his profile, then it should be written as ‘At least 9-A, Likely High 8-C with UI’. What the original poster is trying to upgrade is the base form to ‘Possibly High 8-C’, not the UI.

Please revert Daniel TB back to ‘Possibly High 8-C’ as before, and add an explanation for ‘High with UI’ according to my suggestion. As for other changes, let’s wait for others to give additional input.

I'm not knowledgeable on the verse, so I could never give a confident answer on a scaling chain, but the justifications listed at least don't seem unreasonable.

The reasons I provided are factual and straightforwardly reasonable. I'm quite confident that the scans I referenced are fairly clear. May I ask for your opinion once more—do you agree or remain neutral?
 
Couple of questions before I evaluate this fully:

- Has that previous CRT mentioned been fully applied? Of the two characters you mention for baseline scaling, Warren Chae is not High 8-C, and Manager Kim is only possibly High 8-C, yet his justification should on paper scale him fully to Tom Lee.

- I would be cautious of outliers, seeing as you're chain scaling 20 different characters here by the looks of it. Even at these lower tiers, there’s a big difference between 9-A and High 8-C

• The previous CRT has been accepted and fully applied. Warren and Manager Kim are not on the same level as Tom Lee, but they were able to harm him—as shown in Manager Kim’s scan from the previous CRT. That’s why I’ve marked Warren and Manager Kim as “Possibly” High 8-C, while Tom Lee is marked as “Likely” High 8-C.

• I don’t believe High 8-C is an outlier, since there are two CRTs (1 and 2) that have already been accepted. A mid-tier character in the verse was able to perform this feat while not even being at full power. If that character were at full power, they could arguably reach 8-C, since the result is only 1.21x below the 8-C threshold. There are also top-tier characters who are far stronger than this one, which is why the scaling goes from 8-C to High 8-C. Therefore, this isn't a significant outlier in my view

The verse has a very solid amount of 9-A feats and even comfortably reaches 8-C with massive shockwaves or vaporization attacks. This makes High 8-C consistent, especially since it's not that high of a tier - it's actually closer to baseline 8-C than 8-B, which makes it even more acceptable within the consistent range

By the way, there's one small detail missing. Base Gun should also scale to High 8-C if Goo and the others do as well
