I mean, Hulk explained it. Wolverine skeleton is unbreakable but his organs aren't. You can knock out or even kill Wolverine without having to destroy the skeleton.

That's true his skeleton is far more durable than his skin and organs though since wolverine was still alive when he was just skeleton and conscious it becomes a feat.

I do get you here but nobody is saying his organs are universal, but his skeleton keeps him together and also shields his brain to keep him alive too and since his skeleton prevented him from dying which is his body its a feat like how we grant ki in db protecting the flesh which is weaker and more vulnerable from taking damage.
