I hope the explanation is that Kurama had a kid. (Maybe he had access to Creation of All Things via Naruto and did that subconsciously, idk.)
 
I don't wanna sound like a nerd but ain't there residual kurama chakra basically wherever Naruto fought? Hence those kyuubi pills? Couldn't they just use that to 'restore' Kurama. It would've also been cool if they canonized Sora and brought him back

It most certainly is it was stated that the clan had good sealing justu and chakra reserves that’s it, it was never implied they had anything else. if your trying to tell me that the Uzumaki clan had some super secret kekkai genkai then wear the hell are Naruto and Nagato’s chains?
 
The chains are Hiden Techniques.
Hiden Techniques such as the Nara Clan's, the Akimichi Clan's.

But it doesn't really make sense because when Karin "awakens" it, it's likened to an awakening like an Uchiha's Kekkai Genkai, so honestly I'm not sure lol

Clearly it’s not treated as a hidden technique and if it was a hidden technique then she should have used it agianst bee or danzo, regardless the scene sucked
 
It's possible she learned the technique when she was younger but that was the first time she's actually used it, since it is a Hiden Teq.

But that's headcanon so take that as you will.

No idea, just know that you will see somethings in the war arc that will make you say "Hey that's an asspull, it doesn't make sense". Personally, I didn't mind but other people seem to mind. They even go as far as citing those scenes to push the agenda that "Naruto is a terrible story".

I’ll see when I get there, I just think the scene is ass because it had no build up or implications of her training, that’s it. Naruto’s a good story that has its problems(which I’ll voice when I finish shippuden) but it an’t terrible. Not at all(I personally put it above bleach but that’s just me)

Naruto isn't a full Uzumaki.
 
iirc, the chains are an Uzumaki ability that Karin didn't know how to use up to this point, she used them this time as an emotional response after sensing Sasuke dying through her sensory abilities.

Also, People getting stronger from emotional distress, resolve, or anger is just a mechanic of the spiritual aspect of chakra that has been used a lot in the past(Naruto tapping into the chakra to summon Gamabunta for the first time from fear of falling to death, Sasuke tapping into his MS and using Amaterasu for the first time on his own when he thought Bee was about to kill him and his team, etc.)

and yeah Yamato's Wood Statue is fodder that got stalemated by Edo Hiruzen compared to Hashiramas that can lil bro Kurama.

definitely not an asspull but could have been set up better(not to mention a weird place to put Karin unlocking her Uzumaki powers while Naruto and Sasuke are literally dying, hard to imagine anyone cares about her that much compared to the main duo.)
