Is there any mention of chakra being physical and mental energy in Boruto? I really don't want to have to watch the anime yet or reread the manga.

It was shown in the manga
Chapter 3.5

I thought purple lightning could be one of those stuffs
Until I discovered that the character sheet for Boruto in chapter 1 lists the jutsu as part of his arsenal
Even though he never actually used it in the manga
 
I have always wondered is there a different type of chakra unique to otsutsuki’s? Is that why tentails only responds to them to evolve or get affected/grow a fruit.
 
I hope they introduce something unique in this fight. Mitsuki. We know they have various Jutsu. I want to some new jutsu. I don’t want to see “Thunderclap Arrow” or “Wind-Breakthrough”

Show me some new Futon and Raiton Jutsu. Show me some Water Style, etc. Kabuto had some insane abilities. I hope Kishi gives Mitsuki some saucy jutsu. I DEFINITELY want to see Orochimaru-Style Regeneration!

Damn. Has any anime only thing ever made it into the manga? Sumire was in the novels iirc.
 
Meme scaling:
Base Cho-Cho gets 8.6 Gigatons since she is relative to Sarada. Her Butterfly mode puts her at 860 Gigatons (High 6-C+), Sarada's chidori scale.
