So, Xenoblade characters are listed as having Information Manipulation (Type 2) on their profiles.

Data Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, and Information Manipulation (Type 2) (Has shown twice to be able to manipulate Core Crystals, which contain a Blade's Life Force, Data, Information, and Mind, and thus should be able to manipulate these aspects)

However, I don’t see how this qualifies as Fundamental Information Manipulation (Type 2). it seems more aligned with Knowledge Information...

The new chapter came and i believe she should recieve more abilities, so let's get into it;

Powers and abilities;

Genius Combatant- So far in the series, i believe she has showed more than enough feats + narrative + statements to put her in the genius realm, i did not put her at a genius tier because i was not sure (check her skill feat list and her intelligence section) - Only BIQ, her intel stays the same

Power Mimicry - Copied Tenma Nozomi counter attack with her own twist with a perfect timing

All his Spirit's P&A should be add to all his forms (except NEP, Abstract Existence, Incorporeality), bc he never said he can't ues his own powers.
His Range upgrade to Low 1-C in all forms due to this

Up to Low Complex Multiversal with Abilities (Can send Harumi to Departed Realm. His powers can affect the Balance. Controlled all technology in Ninjago, and can see everything Harumi did in his own dimension.)

Remove "Peak" key, we never saw him as "Peak", and even his true power/peak form is Dragon...

It came to my ears some time ago that in the danbell series has a 9-A feat

I'm gonna try to make Hina 9-A based on the fact that she comes from a fighting manga and that she has narrative and really nice feats that could potentially scale her and characters from star strike it rich to 9-A

1. It uses forearm length, you should be using what's closest to the crater as POV issues would make the crater seem smaller then it actually is.
